Standard operating procedures on preliminary health checks and vulnerabilities in the context of screening (Regulation 2024/1356), with the adopting circular and the eight technical annexes.
The standard operating procedures (SOPs) define the arrangements for preliminary health checks and for the assessment of vulnerabilities during the screening of third-country nationals at the external borders, in implementation of Regulation (EU) 2024/1356. The document is accompanied by the adopting circular of 12/06/2026 and by eight technical annexes: health forms, vulnerability checklist, information sheet and indicators on trafficking, list of anti-trafficking contacts and referral schemes (Frontex, USMAF-SASN).
