The Court of Appeal of Palermo, First Civil Division, ruling on the point reserved at the hearing held by written submissions, has granted — reversing Decree No. 2870/2026 of 16 March 2026 of the Tribunal of Palermo — the request for suspension of the enforceability of the decision by which the Commissione territoriale (Agrigento Section) had rejected the application for international protection as manifestly unfounded, pursuant to Article 35-bis(4-bis) of Legislative Decree 25/2008.
