Since the Pact became applicable on 12 June 2026, there have been no judgments yet of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) or of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) on the new rules. In the meantime we collect here the pending requests for a preliminary ruling, and we will publish the judgments as soon as they are delivered.
