Circular of the National Commission for the Right of Asylum which, supplementing guidance note no. 4842 of 12/05/2026, gives the Territorial Commissions first operational guidance on the decree-law containing urgent provisions for the first implementation of the European Pact on Migration and Asylum: access to the procedure, the transitional rules between the old and the new regime, follow-up steps and operational coordination with the border procedure sections.
